The vacuum lifter allows for easy transport of wooden panels, steel plates, glass, aluminium or marble.

It is particularly suited for ensuring safe transport of the following:

– glass surfaces (e.g. when installing or manufacturing PVC windows)
– sheet metal (e.g for cutting of aluminium, stainless steel or iron)
– wood (saws)
– marble (stonecutters)

The main traits of vacuum lifters are:

– load capacity of up to 7 000 kg
– possibility of vertical or horizontal movement, or both simultaneously (manual or automated)
– 2 types: equipped with a vacuum pump or with a vacuum injector
– rotation and tilt (manual or automated)

The following is installed for power supply to the vacuum lifter:
– spiral extension cables – used for lower lifting heights of up to 4-5 m
– spring cable drums of the Dutch manufacturer AKAPP – used for higher lifting heights (over 5m).

To be able to prepare an offer we kindly ask for the following information:
– type of material (wood, sheet metal, marble, glass, steel, other)
– format (m x m)
– minimum and maximum thickness (mm)
– movements; either horizontally or vertically, or both
– any presence of moisture
– what the lifter is mounted on (hoist hook?)
