LIFTKON manipulators are made ergonomically, which enables electronic weight balancing and, as a result, effort during manipulation is negligible.

Load capacities of manipulators are up to 5-300 kg depending on your needs in (series) production.

With ergonomic devices, you will relieve workers, ergonomically optimize the workplace, increase productivity and enable safe carrying of loads.

The optimum use of a manipulator or balancer is where there is necessary: ​​
– manual handling of high-value products and loads,
– taking into account repetitive work cycles, that require rapid movements in one or more shift work.
– carry out precise placement of the load or burden in a specific position.

All tools and manipulators have a CE certificate, instructions for use and certificates in accordance with the legislation.

We are using high precision servo motor.
We have I/O´s included in our control system. If needed in the future, customer can use theses I/O´s to control a tooling/gripper.
