Maintenance and spare parts
INDENNA maintenance assures high-quality maintenance of cranes with in-built components from SWF Krantechnik GmbH, as well as from other Western European suppliers and brands.
We provide our customers with a case-by-case maintenance or contractual maintenance activities.

On-demand maintenance to address crane failures
It is undertaken in the following steps:
˗ identifying the failure and determining its cause and extent,
˗ drawing-up a written report and a proposal for addressing the failure,
˗ preparation of a bid / proforma invoice for the supply of new parts,
˗ installation of new parts,
˗ testing the crane operation,
˗ drawing-up of a final failure report.
In addition to Ljubljana, we have maintenance support for all our branches in Zagreb, Gračanica, Belgrade and Skopje.
In addition to our own staff, we can also engage a wide network of contractors who are equally trained in the maintenance of our equipment.
High level of knowledge and long-standing experience
All of our maintenance staff is additionally trained for crane maintenance by our supplier, the SWF Krantechnik GmbH, and our other partners, while also having long-standing experience in installation.
Through the many years of our activity, we have built a wide network for the supply of original spare parts to all western European manufacturers of crane products. We advise companies with an in-house maintenance services on choosing the right spare part. When sending us a request for advice, please include a photo, the serial number of the requested part (if possible), the year of the crane production and a brief description.
